Last updated: October 11, 2026
Respect for intellectual property
GamesFree respects the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe that material available through GamesFree infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice so that we can review it.
What to include in a notice
Please include: (1) your name and contact details; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material on GamesFree; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
How to send a notice
Email copyright notices to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. We may request additional information before taking action. Submitting knowingly false claims may create legal consequences.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the affected URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to the relevant jurisdiction where required, and your physical or electronic signature.
Third-party content
GamesFree may link to or embed games operated by third parties. We can review material hosted or controlled by us, but we may not control material hosted on a third-party website. In that case, you may also need to contact the relevant provider directly.
